There is some anecdotal evidence suggesting that individuals who had acne may age better in terms of having fewer wrinkles later in life.
The theory is that the same sebum production that contributes to acne during youth may also help maintain skin hydration and elasticity as a person ages.
However, more scientific research is needed to confirm this correlation.
