How do you get rid of spots in 7 days?

I’m so definately for some help with my acne. I really need some advice on how do you get rid of spots in 7 days? because it’s driving me mad! I’m so over this acne, I just want it to go away! Also, if anyone knows some good home remedies, that would be fab. Cheers!
