It can be frustrating dealing with acne, especially picked acne.

Here are some tips to help heal picked acne fast:

    1.

**Keep the area clean:** Wash the affected area gently with a mild cleanser to prevent further infection.

    2.

**Apply a topical treatment:** Consider using over-the-counter products containing ingredients like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to help reduce inflammation and promote healing.

    3.

**Avoid picking or squeezing:** As tempting as it may be, picking at acne can worsen the condition and lead to scarring.

Try to resist the urge to touch or squeeze the affected area.

    4.

**Use a warm compress:** Applying a warm compress to the picked acne can help reduce inflammation and speed up the healing process.

    5.

**Stay hydrated and eat a healthy diet:** Drinking plenty of water and eating a balanced diet can help your skin heal faster from acne.

As for home remedies, some people find success with natural ingredients like tea tree oil, aloe vera, honey, or apple cider vinegar.

However, it’s important to do a patch test first to ensure your skin does not react negatively to these products.

Remember, everyone’s skin is different, so what works for one person may not work for another.

If you continue to struggle with acne, it may be helpful to consult with a dermatologist for personalized treatment options.
