Hormonal acne can be challenging to deal with, but there are several steps you can take to help reset your skin.

    Here are some tips:

    1.

**Maintain a Healthy Diet**: Eating a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins can help balance hormones and improve skin health.

    2.

**Stay Hydrated**: Drinking plenty of water helps flush out toxins and keeps your skin hydrated.

    3.

**Manage Stress**: Stress can exacerbate hormonal acne, so practicing stress-reducing activities like yoga, meditation, or deep breathing exercises can be beneficial.

    4.

**Get Enough Sleep**: Lack of sleep can disrupt hormone levels and lead to breakouts, so aim for 7-8 hours of quality sleep each night.

    5.

**Skincare Routine**: Use gentle, non-comedogenic skincare products to cleanse and moisturize your skin.

Avoid harsh products that can strip your skin of its natural oils.

As for home remedies, some people find the following helpful:

    1.

**Tea Tree Oil**: Known for its antibacterial properties, tea tree oil can help reduce acne inflammation.

Dilute it with a carrier oil before applying it to your skin.

    2.

**Honey and Cinnamon Mask**: Mix honey and cinnamon to create a paste and apply it to the affected areas.

Leave it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing off.

    3.

**Aloe Vera**: Aloe vera has soothing and anti-inflammatory properties that can help
