I’ve got a pimple that’s bleeding. Is it a good idea to try and get the blood out?

It is not recommended to try to get the blood out of a bleeding pimple as it can lead to infection and scarring. It’s best to gently clean the area with a mild cleanser and apply a spot treatment with ingredients such as benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to help reduce inflammation and promote healing. If the bleeding persists or if you’re concerned, it’s best to consult a dermatologist for further advice and treatment.
