The white balls that come out of pimples are often referred to as pus. Pus is a mixture of dead white blood cells, bacteria, and tissue debris that forms in response to an infection. When a pimple becomes inflamed or infected, pus can accumulate inside it and then be released when the pimple is squeezed or pops.
