I’ve noticed these white strings coming out of my pores. What are they?

Those white strings coming out of your pores are likely sebaceous filaments. Sebaceous filaments are a mix of sebum (oil) and dead skin cells that naturally occur in the pores. They can appear as whitish or light yellow threads in the pores, especially on the nose, chin, and forehead. Unlike blackheads, they are usually soft and not raised.
