I’ve heard that Vaseline can help get rid of blackheads, but I’m not sure if it’s true. Is this just an old wives’ tale?

While Vaseline may temporarily soften blackheads, it is not effective in getting rid of them.
Using Vaseline on your face can actually worsen acne and clog your pores.
It’s best to use products specifically designed to treat blackheads, such as exfoliants or acne treatments.
