I’ve got a blind pimple that’s really bothering me, and I’m hoping that ice can help reduce the swelling. Will it really work?

Ice can help reduce the swelling and inflammation of a blind pimple.
Applying an ice pack or ice cube wrapped in a cloth to the pimple for a few minutes can help to constrict blood vessels and reduce redness and swelling.
However, it may not completely resolve the pimple.
