I’ve got a blind pimple that’s really bothering me, and I’m hoping that ice can help reduce the swelling. Will it really work?

Using ice on a blind pimple can indeed help reduce the swelling and inflammation. Cold therapy can constrict blood vessels and reduce redness and swelling. You can wrap an ice cube in a clean cloth or use an ice pack wrapped in a towel and gently apply it to the affected area for a few minutes at a time.
