To help shrink a popped pimple overnight, you can follow these steps:

    1.

**Cleanse the area**: Wash your face gently with a mild cleanser to keep the area clean.

    2.

**Apply a warm compress**: Soak a clean towel in warm water and apply it to the pimple for a few minutes.

    This can help reduce inflammation.

    3.

**Spot treatment**: Apply a spot treatment containing benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid to help dry out the pimple.

    4.

**Avoid picking**: Even though the pimple has already been popped, try to avoid touching or picking at it to prevent further irritation.

As for home remedies, some people find the following helpful:

    1.

**Tea tree oil**: Known for its antibacterial properties, tea tree oil can be applied to the pimple to help reduce inflammation.

    2.

**Honey and cinnamon mask**: Mix honey and cinnamon to create a paste and apply it to the pimple.

    Both ingredients have anti-inflammatory properties.

    3.

**Ice pack**: Applying an ice pack to the pimple can help reduce redness and swelling.

Remember that results may vary, and it’s important to patch test any new ingredient to ensure you don’t have an adverse reaction.

It’s always a good idea to consult with a dermatologist for personalized advice.
