I’ve got a blind pimple that’s really bothering me. Should I use ice or heat on it?

You should use ice on a blind pimple. Ice helps reduce inflammation and can alleviate pain and swelling associated with such pimples. Applying ice wrapped in a clean cloth or using ice packs for a few minutes several times a day can help soothe the pimple.
