I’ve got a blind pimple that’s really bothering me. Should I try to poke a hole in it?

Poking or squeezing a blind pimple can actually make it worse and lead to infection or scarring. It’s best to avoid picking at it and instead try to reduce inflammation using warm compresses, applying over-the-counter acne treatments with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, and maintaining good skincare routines. If the blind pimple persists or becomes very painful, it’s advisable to consult a dermatologist.
