I’ve noticed these hard white balls coming out of my pimples. What are they?

Those hard white balls that come out of pimples are called whiteheads. Whiteheads form when a pore is clogged with oil, bacteria, and dead skin cells, and the material inside the pore becomes trapped and hardens. They are a type of acne lesion and can be treated with proper skincare, including gentle cleansing and exfoliation, as well as topical medications like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid.
