I’ve noticed these white balls coming out of my pimples. What are they?

Those white balls that come out of pimples are often called whiteheads or sebum plugs. They are composed of sebum (oil produced by the skin) mixed with dead skin cells and bacteria that clog the hair follicles. When the pore gets blocked, it can become a whitehead, which appears as a small, white or yellowish bump on the skin.
