The white chunks that come out of pimples are typically a mixture of dead skin cells, oil, and bacteria. This substance is often referred to as pus, which is the body’s natural response to infection or inflammation within the pimple. It usually consists of white blood cells that gather to fight off the infection, resulting in the white or yellow appearance of the content coming out of the pimple.
