Bacteria pimples, also known as inflammatory acne or pustules, appear as red, inflamed bumps with a white or yellow pus-filled center. These pimples are often tender to the touch and can be painful. Bacterial pimples are usually caused by P. acnes bacteria that infect clogged pores, leading to inflammation and the formation of pus.
