Greasy or oily pimples can appear as enlarged pores filled with sebum (natural skin oil), giving them a shiny or reflective appearance. They may also feel greasy to the touch and can sometimes have a yellow or white tip due to the presence of trapped oil and dead skin cells. If the pimple is infected, it may have a red or inflamed appearance as well.
