I’ve got a blackhead that looks infected. What does an infected blackhead look like?

An infected blackhead may appear red, swollen, and painful. There may be pus or fluid coming out of the blackhead, and the surrounding skin might feel warm to the touch. It is important to avoid squeezing or picking at the infected blackhead to prevent further irritation or spread of infection.
